Description

A pair of French bull’s leather provincial club armchairs with oak spiral arms that have undergone 20+ hours of restoration to rebuild the sprung seats.  Originally manufactured in the 1920/30’s.  Awaiting new feather seat cushions which we can cover in the fabric of your choice (we recommend George Smith mohair velvet – see their website for colours).

Condition: Seat has been professionally resprung using hand-lashed coil springs and new French webbing. Coir and cotton wadding over the springs. New ticking sewn to the leather front.  New feather seat cushions supplied in fabric of choice.  Original bull’s leather panels are overall in good condition for age with some scuffs and cat scratches.
