Description

An iconic aviator style aluminium wing desk manufactured by Rockson’s probably 20+ years ago and has its maker’s stamp on the desk top.  As we understand it, Rockson’s was one of the first companies to copy the design of this desk prior to patent litigation of the design.  They got round the litigation by using screws rather than rivets to fix the aluminium to the desk mould.  The desk has subsequently been copied by various companies to varying levels of craftsmanship.

This desk has a very solid, well-made feel to the construction and is very heavy.  Some light surfacing scratching and patina to the top of the desk which could be polished out but we prefer the tarnished look to the metal.

The desk measures 200cm wide, 89cm deep & is 78cm high.
