Description

An original Eames Time Life ‘Lobby’ office armchair from the late 1960’s / early 1970’s.  This is the swivel only version on glides but sits at a nice seat height (47-48cm) for desk use.

The chair was missing its original bottom lining under the seat and label however we have had the chair independently verified by an expert as an early Vitra model (their approved licensee in Europe).

The chair has been taken apart and recovered in stunning Italian leather.  2 of the feet glides have been replaced.  Other than that the chair has all its original parts.  The seat and back pads are in excellent condition.  The aluminium base and arms are showing lovely patina and have been lightly polished.

We only use the best Italian and French hides supplied from Alma Leather in London and the upholstery handled by a professional with extensive experience working on these chairs.
