A 19th century symmetrical cast iron clawfoot bathtub.

Period – Napoleon III 

Provenance – Farm house in Yonne department 

Date – 1880 

Dimensions – H70 W160 D75 cms  

Weight – 150kgs 

Waste position – Central waste no overflow 

Additional information – currently in unrestored condition.  Having inspected the enamel, we believe it should be possible to clean and buff the original vitreous enamel, alternatively we can resurface it in a polyurethane/epoxy coating (colour of your choice).  The exterior can be repainted if preferred.  A new waste fitting will be required.
