Description

A 19th century double-ended zinc coated bathtub with original blue painted exterior reclaimed from a small chateau in Vendee.  The bath has recently undergone full restoration and is now ready to be plumbed in.  Restoration included installation of new brass waste with plug (which has been aged), repair to the rim, and resealing the bottom plate and seam with 2 different industrial strength sealants to ensure fully watertight.  The interior could be acrylic enamel coated if preferred.

Lovely blue exterior untouched.
